Starter Kit

Each style requires its own starter or sizing kit, as each one is unique. Therefore, you can only order styles for which you have a corresponding starter or sizing kit, as measurements will vary.

Currently we offer 5 different styles. 

• Our Natural (N) line has a flatter surface with a less pronounced C curve, intended for customers with a flatter, wider nail bed.
• Our Sculpted (S) line has a higher apex and a deeper C-curve, intended for customers with a curved nail bed (~30% of customers) or a customer with a flatter nail bed who prefers a Sculpted tip.

For an accurate size result, all nail measurements should be done on natural nails. Don't forget to measure all ten fingers, as the sizes often vary from hand to hand.

Shipping

The estimated shipping time with bpost and PostNL is usually the next day, however, it is important to know that we send all orders on Wednesday and Saturday. For each order, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Refunds or exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
